Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of purchase for website design and event tickets, and at least 7 days prior to the course start date for courses with limiting 12 seats.
2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of a valid cancellation request.
3. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price will apply to all cancellations.
4. No refunds will be issued for website design services that have already been started or completed.
5. No refunds will be issued for event tickets within 24 hours of the event start time.
6. No refunds will be issued for courses with limiting 12 seats within 48 hours of the course start time.
7. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government mandates, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the service provider.
8. The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service and will provide a full refund in such cases.
